If someone has bumped your car, it maybe the case that there is only a small amount of damage, and that the other person may be willing to pay for the repairs themselves, rather than dealing with the insurance company. We will be happy to provide a quote for you to give to the third party, 
we can even arrange for them to pay us directly. Its often woth bearing in mind that whilst you do have an obligation to mitigate your losses, its not your responsibility to have your car repaired as cheaply as possible - it should be repaired properly, and to a standard that you are happy with, and which won't affect its future value.
If you've been involved in a non fault accident which requires an insurance claim, we can help with that too. We work with 
an accident management company who specialise in dealing with non-fault accidents. If you are unfortunately involved in an accident which isn’t your fault, they will deal with the claim for you, saving you your excess and no-claims bonus.
